The Power of Collaboration

To kick things off, we turned to industry expert Chris Ball and enrolled our directors, Ted, Jack, and Sam, in the Success GPS Course. The most valuable part of this course was the in-depth exploration of our companies. We analysed our current structures, gathered valuable feedback from our amazing staff, and examined our business strategies to set a clear path for growth.

The course proved to be an enlightening experience for everyone involved. By taking a closer look at our companies, we learned about our strengths and areas for improvement. Engaging with our team provided insights that only those on the front lines could offer. This feedback was instrumental in shaping our growth strategy and ensuring that we’re aligned with the aspirations of our team members.

Restructuring for Success

As a result of this comprehensive analysis, both Site Surveying and Tri-Tech have undergone a thoughtful restructuring. We realised that to achieve our ambitious goals, we needed to adapt and evolve.
